Bid leadership in Healthcare
Helping inform the UK government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic
Our client is a multinational company serving the combined industries of health information technology and clinical research. They are responsible for delivering the COVID-19 Infection Survey (CIS) on behalf of the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
CIS is the flagship surveillance study and the key source of COVID-19 infection data, incidence, and antibody prevalence in UK communities. The data it generates will be familiar to everyone in the country as the pandemic figures shown each evening on the BBC and other major news services.
BidCraft was approached to lead the development of a winning capture strategy, working closely with executive stakeholders from our client and their consortium partners. This involved assessing the competitor landscape, developing win themes, and leading a pre-mortem to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Having laid the foundations, BidCraft led the consortium bid, working closely with subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to craft a compliant and compelling proposal.
Since the successful contract award, we have gone on to deliver a programme of high-impact bidding capability and bid support services for both our client and their consortium partners.
